Viktoriia Levit is a cultural entrepreneur, event producer, and researcher with more than 15 years of experience in developing and managing large-scale cultural, governmental, gastronomic, educational, and community-based projects.
She is the Founder and Executive Director of Monopolia Krona, a nationally awarded cultural space recognized as one of the key creative centers of Eastern Ukraine. Viktoriia is also the founder of Barrel (est. 2008), a long-standing gastronomic hub that has served as a platform for artistic initiatives, festivals, and multidisciplinary collaborations.
Throughout her career, Viktoriia has produced major festivals and public events, including Barrel Music Fest, Jazz & Wine, urban celebrations, large gastronomic projects, concerts, and cross-disciplinary artistic events featuring leading Ukrainian and international performers.
She also served as producer of state-level official events, including Presidential receptions and meetings with international delegations, managing operational teams of over 50 people.
Viktoriia is the author of the professional methodology “System for Organizing Large-Scale Public Events: From Idea to Implementation”, which systematizes modern approaches to concept development, logistics, creative strategy, communication, and post-event analysis.
She is the author of a peer-reviewed publication on ESG strategies in the event industry and their influence on territorial branding. Viktoriia is a certified reviewer for international scientific journals, including Global Prosperity (Czech Republic) and Current Issues in Economic Sciences.
As a guest lecturer and trainer, she conducts educational programs for event managers and cultural institutions. Her training cycle “Організація масових свят для дітей та їхніх батьків” was officially evaluated and highly endorsed by the rector of the hosting pedagogical university.
